Salad "Pineapple"

The Liver with pineapple.

For 4 portions

4 wide pieces of a liver

6 coffee cups горчицы

100гр torments

8 chunks of pineapple (fresh or preserved)

150гр a butter

2 coffee spoons of sugar

Salt, pepper, parsley, pepper.

It is possible to add a coffee spoon of anisic tincture, but I do not love taste so, that I do without.

Preparation:

To cover pieces of a liver with a mix горчицы, давленого garlic, salt and pepper.
